What you'll do: • Lead the development and deployment of advanced data science solutions, leveraging machine learning and automation to address complex business challenges. • Translate business requirements into data strategies and analytical models that drive measurable impact and align with organizational goals. • Oversee code development, testing, and validation to ensure robust, scalable, and maintainable data products. • Guide data source identification, quality assessment, and integration to support accurate and actionable insights. • Mentor and develop data science teams, fostering technical excellence and continuous learning. • Collaborate cross-functionally to communicate findings and influence data-driven decision-making.
