Accountabilities • Leading the development of budgets and forecasts, including headcount, compensation, and vendor spend. • Serving as a financial partner across teams, providing advice and support on financial decisions. • Tracking and analyzing expenses, ensuring alignment with approved budgets. • Conducting detailed variance analyses and communicating insights to improve performance. • Delivering regular financial reports to senior G&A leaders with insightful commentary. • Collaborating with other departments to ensure financial data integrity. • Developing sophisticated financial models for strategic initiatives. • Continuously improving financial processes for efficiency and accuracy.
